- Supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Leading shifts and ensuring smooth service across FOH
- Training, motivating, and developing the team
- Ensuring top-notch customer service and guest satisfaction
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and rota management
- Helping to organise and deliver regular events and entertainment evenings
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
