Asylum Support Assistant M546

Term: Fixed-term initially for 12 months, with possibility to extend
Working Hours: Part-time (15 hours per week)
Salary: £25,992 – £27,711 pro rata for part time

An opportunity has arisen to be part of the Resettlement Services team supporting newly granted refugees across the Borough.

  • Significant experience of clerical and office administration duties,
  • The ability to converse at ease with customers and colleagues,
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines,
  • The ability to accurately input and extract information from systems and spreadsheets and
  • The ability to work occasional unsociable hours as required.

Please note that this job requires the post holder to work across the Borough and attend meetings at various different locations.
