Job Description:
Future Education seeks a dedicated Autism Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs, promoting engagement and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities as an Autism Teaching Assistant:
– Provide one-on-one and group support to students with diverse needs.
– Assist in the implementation of individual Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
– Foster a safe, supportive, and emotionally regulated environment for all pupils.
– Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver a trans-disciplinary approach to education.
– Encourage and promote independence and life skills among students

Requirements:
– Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
