What we need from you as a Beauty Therapist:
- A minimum of 3 years working in Beauty Therapy
- NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Beauty Therapy
- You must be able to do facial treatments, waxing Brazilian and Hollywood hot wax
- 2 years team leading experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good with social media and retail sales
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
- Good organisational skills able to manage tasks
Desirable:
- Must be qualified in electrolysis
What the role involves:
- Leading the team, which involves training, supporting their growth and keeping them motivated
- Looking after clients with a wide range of treatments
- Operating the till, taking payments, booking new appointments
- Deliver excellence in service, setting an example for the team
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives
- Ensure smooth clinic operations
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote services
Salary/hours: £21,840 – £24,960 pro rata, plus bonus. Working 30 hours per week; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 3 Saturdays per month.Benefits:
