The Role – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to manage their behaviour and emotions. Your role will involve providing 1:1 and small group mentoring to pupils to help them develop strategies for positive behaviour b supporting pupils in and out of the classroom to help them stay engaged in learning.Its required that you .act as a positive role model to inspire and motivate pupils.This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
