The role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a SEMH school based in Bromley that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! For this role you will be working with students in Year 9 and must be an approachable, hard working and confident person. As a behaviour mentor you must use your initiative, implement behaviour strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviour and build strong rapport with the students. You must have experience working with challenging behaviour and working with KS3 students.
The school – SEMH
This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 11 – 16 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils. They have been awarded an overall effectiveness grade of Good with Leadership and Management being graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school has great transport links, and many local bus routes.
