THE ROLE – Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students aged 10 to 11, providing support to children with behavioural challenges and SEMH needs. You will assist in managing classroom behaviour, offering one-to-one support to students who need help regulating their emotions, and ensuring they can engage in the learning process. Your role will also involve working with teachers to implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being. You will help create a supportive, calm, and structured environment for students to succeed in.
