The role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with a SEMH School based in Wandsworth that are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team! In this role you will be working with Key stage 3 & 4 students in class and must be an approachable, enthusiastic and efficient person with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. As a Behaviour Mentor you must have great classroom management skills and strong knowledge and experience working with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You will be required to work one – to – one with students and must use de – escalation techniques to manage their challenging behaviour.
