Coba Education are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor with experience in health and social care and a strong background in teaching or educational support. The ideal candidate will have excellent behavioural management skills and a passion for supporting students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide pastoral care and guidance to students.
*
Support students in overcoming barriers to learning to help them reach their full potential.
*
Work with children on a one-to-one basis or in small/large groups as a listener, facilitator, encourager, motivator, and role model.
*
Prioritise students who need the most support, particularly those facing multiple disadvantages.
*
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Core Requirements:
*
Experience in social care and healthcare settings.
*
Strong behavioural management skills.
*
Teaching or educational support experience.
*
Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, Health and Social Care).
*
A minimum of three years’ experience working with children or within the care sector.
