Your Role as a Behaviour Support Assistant:
* Working with students who need additional behaviour and emotional support
* Implementing SOAR strategies to improve student engagement and wellbeing
* Supporting the pastoral team in managing behaviour across the school
* Helping students develop resilience, confidence, and positive learning attitudes
