Academics are working with an incredibly friendly and welcoming Secondary school located in the heart of Colchester, Essex that are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support TA this September on a long term contract!

The ideal candidate must possess outstanding behaviour management skills and the ability to think swiftly on their feet while adapting quickly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to work with students in a superb Secondary school.

This will be a fantastic role for either graduates with a degree relating to Education coupled with experience or an experienced Behaviour Support TA or youth worker.

Responsibilities:

** As a Behaviour Support TA you will provide targeted support to students to address challenging behaviour.

** Implement and monitor individual behaviour support plans.

** As a Behaviour Support TA you will collaborate with teachers and SENCO’s to address specific needs.

** Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.

** Provide feedback to teachers and parents on the progress of behaviour support plans.
