Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Bench Joiner to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing a wide variety of bespoke joinery items to exacting standards, working from detailed technical drawings and in collaboration with our design and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and specifications accurately.

Operate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Assemble components with precision, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship at every stage.

Work with hardwoods, veneers, MDF, laminates, and specialist materials.
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
*
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Bench Joiner within a workshop setting.
*
Proven ability to produce high-end bespoke joinery with exceptional accuracy and finish.
*
Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and materials.
*
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
