Starting ASAP – £12.69 per hour – Newport – 3 months initially – 37.5 hours per week

Working within an NHS-based organisation which offers on-site parking and is accessible via some public transport routes.
Your new role
- Office-based role working 37.5 hours per week
- Booking patients in for appointments
- Inputting patient data
- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Making outbound calls to patients when required
What you’ll need to succeed
- Excellent customer service skills – experience of working in a customer service role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, navigating between multiple booking systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Must pass a Standard DBS check
What you’ll get in return
