Overview of the position: As a supplier to the NHS for the provision of Maintenance trades and support operatives, Hays is seeking to recruit a number of different skilled trades people including a building technician for the William Harvey hospital located in Ashford.

Purpose of the maintenance role: Delivering service in all areas of the building and fabric maintenance, compliance and reactive work.
You will be involved in undertaking essential repair works and general maintenance activities.Wall and floor tiling repairs/ works of various specifications.General roofing repairs.Minor repairs to roads and footpaths.Maintain all fire doors and systems in line with regulations.Carry out refurbishment and repairs to all types of furniture.Refurbishment to Doors, windows and locks.
Experience:Previous experience within a maintenance role is ideal.Ideally a City & Guilds/NVQ in a trade would be advantageous.
