You will join a brand new Data team with a Data Engineer, BI Analyst and Data Manager looking to harness their data to enhance decision making, strategic planning and operational effectiveness.
Role IT Business Partner – aka Business Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Partner, Data Business Analyst
Salary 55.6K + Bonus + 11% Pension + 25 days rising to 29 days + Lots of freebies and discounts – Salary review pending
Location SW London / Surrey (2 days a week 3 days WFH) – 36 hr week
About the role
Working underneath a Programme Manager as a BA/PM you’ll build and manage relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver data projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to define business requirements and objectives; business options analysis; to align solutions to business and IT strategy; business process analysis / optimisation.
You should have experience in collaboration, managing projects and following project methodologies Agile / Waterfall to delver outcomes on time and budget.
To be successful
You should have experience of the following:
- Stakeholder / Relationship Management
- Business Analysis / Requirement gathering
- Experience of Data Projects e.g. Data Analytics Data Warehouse etc
- Acceptance Testing
- Experience of managing projects
Any experience of the following was a bonus
- SQL / RDBMS
- Cloud based Data Platforms
- Microsoft Synapse or Fabric or Snowlake / Matillion
