Key responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and leads, both client and market expansion within the FCA regulated UK market
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Successfully closing deals
- Establishing a high degree of confidence with clients in relation to financial risk and exposure
- Consistently delivering sales KPIs
- Organise client meetings to maintain and build upon relationships
- Attend regular industry networking events
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales team, operations team, compliance team.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or relevant fields, highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of FX/CFD markets, providers, products and services.
- Previous sales experience within the financial industry, preferably from other brokers
- Proven success in a high pressure/level, sales environment
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations.
- Excellent ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite
- Enthusiasm, desire and passion to succeed in the fast moving financial industry, proactive, initiative taker
- A team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
