Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and leads, both client and market expansion within the FCA regulated UK market
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Successfully closing deals
  • Establishing a high degree of confidence with clients in relation to financial risk and exposure
  • Consistently delivering sales KPIs
  • Organise client meetings to maintain and build upon relationships
  • Attend regular industry networking events
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales team, operations team, compliance team.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or relevant fields, highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of FX/CFD markets, providers, products and services.
  • Previous sales experience within the financial industry, preferably from other brokers
  • Proven success in a high pressure/level, sales environment
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations.
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite
  • Enthusiasm, desire and passion to succeed in the fast moving financial industry, proactive, initiative taker
  • A team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
