Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and process booking requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing tailored solutions
Maintain and update booking systems with precision and attention to detail
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth scheduling and seamless customer experiences
Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channelsWhat We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in using booking software and handling administrative tasks
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is a plus
Standard DBS that is still valid
