My client are a stunning modern and spacious residential home based in Stoke on Trent. They are now seeking kind and caring individuals to join their experienced team as a Care Assistant on days.
This care home take great pride in fostering a calm and compassionate environment, with a strong focus on putting resident care at the heart of everything they do.
They specialising in elderly and dementia care and hold up to 48 residents.
Job Details:
* 12 hour Day shifts
* £11.50ph
* Full Time Permanent contract
Care Assistant Main Duties:
As a carer, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care
* Supporting residents with mobility
* Providing companionship
* Assisting with meal times
* Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
* Keeping accurate records of care provided
* Reporting any changes in residents conditions
Care Assistant Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:
* Previous experience in a HCA or Support Worker
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
