As a Care Assistant , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, providing support, supervision, and guidance to our care team.
Key Responsibilities of the Care Assistant Role
Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support.
Conduct and document regular assessments of residents’ needs and preferences.
Maintain clear, accurate records in line with regulatory standards.
Requirements for the Care Assistant Role.
Previous experience as a Care Assistant and looking to develop your career..
Strong understanding of safeguarding and person-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
