HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
* Seeking someone with NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or BA in Health and Social Care from UK or overseas university and previous experience.
STARTING SALARY: £12.00 per hour – £15.00 Per Hour Depending on experience, also excellent further trainnig and career progression opportuities, paid holidays and other benefits will be provided.
Duties
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Support clients in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in activities.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Follow care plans meticulously to ensure the highest standard of care is provided .
