Are you an experienced Coordinator, and looking for a new career within the Healthcare industry?

I am currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator, on behalf of my client, to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator –

  • Coordinate Care Staff into packages, building effective and efficient schedules around clients.
  • Match Care Staff into new clients and packages, in line with the service team to arrange inductions.
  • Ensure client needs are met and fulfilled appropriately by the coordination of staff.
  • Work with the Care Team to ensure new and existing care packages can be resourced and scheduled on a timely basis.
  • Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure needs are met and that current and future staffing levels are correct.
  • Develop relationships with Care Staff and Clients.

Requirements for the Care Coordinator role –

  • Driver preferred, due to location and potential visits to clients.
  • Experience within a Coordination role is essential, Healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Packages or Google Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Logical and analytical, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Extra information for the Care Coordinator role –

  • Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00
  • Salary between £25,000 – £27,000 DOE.
  • Opportunity to earn overtime.
