Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a private healthcare company in need of a care coordinator. We are seeking a compassionate, flexible and driven individual.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing care services and ensuring the highest standard of support for service users.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing care services for service users.
  • Scheduling and supervising care staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conducting assessments and developing person-centred care plans.
  • Liaising with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
  • Monitoring and reviewing care plans to meet changing needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handling safeguarding concerns and reporting incidents appropriately.
  • Providing support and guidance to care assistants.
  • Managing medication administration records and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Working flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.

About You:

  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and full-time access to a car.
  • NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care is required.
  • Up-to-date DBS certification.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying needs.
