Job Type: Flexible hours (Part-time/Full-time)
Transport: Electric Bike provided – No CBT license required

We are looking for a confident and compassionate Care & Support Assistant to join our friendly team. This unique role involves visiting clients in their homes using a push bike (provided) – perfect for someone who enjoys being outdoors and staying active.
This role is only open to applicants who live within 4 miles of KT12 3PD.
Key Requirements:
✅ Must be confident riding a bike on the road and have previous experience doing so
✅ Aware of and prepared for all types of weather conditions
✅ Kind, reliable, and passionate about helping others
✅ Able to work flexibly (including mornings, evenings, and weekends)
✅ Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
Main Responsibilities:

Providing personal care and emotional support

Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
*
Supporting medication routines and mobility needs
*
Offering companionship and promoting independence
*
Travelling between clients by bike (helmet, lock, and gear provided)
