Job Title: Care Support Practitioner
Pay: £12 per hour
Hours Available: 8 – 37 hours per week
Location: Fife area including Auchtermuchty, Kelty and Glenrothes

About the servicesWe support a number of adults across Fife in their shared homes in Kelty, Auchtermuchty and on the outskirts of Glenrothes. Each individual has their own complex needs including, but not limited to, visual/hearing impairment, physical and learning disabilities, epilepsy, diabetes and congenital rubella syndrome. We see each person as the individual that they are, and endeavour to provide services that support their interests, aspirations, health needs and wellbeing.
Individuals are supported in every element of their lives within their own homes and out in the community. Day to Day you will;
- Promote independence, individuality and achievement of goals, with the voices of the people we support at the very centre of everything you do
- Assist with various tasks such as personal care, moving and assisting, housework, administering medication and meal preparation
- Plan, attend and participate in meaningful activities both at home and in the community, including art, music, travel, swimming, shows and concerts and sensory experiences
- Liaise with your team and with others to review and ensure you are providing the best quality care
- Maintain accurate, up to date daily recordings
Day shift times vary from 7:30am to 10pm start and finishing times across a variety of early, late, mid and wakened nightshifts. We have both part and full-time contract opportunities.
About you
To succeed you will need to have;

- A driving licence would be desired as each person we support has their own car, but is not essential
