We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Caretaker to join our team, working across both Pakefield and Reydon Primary School sites. This role is integral to ensuring our school environments are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

General site maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, and decorating.
Cleaning and ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards.
Monitoring and maintaining heating, cooling, and other systems.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies.
Liaising with contractors and external providers as required.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in site maintenance or a similar role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
A full UK driving licence is preferred, as travel between both school sites is required.
