What youll do:
Field customer concerns and queries
Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues
Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception
Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems
Work a shift from 8 am to 5 pm, with lunch break
What youll need:
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of Windows applications
An excellent telephone manner
The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities often at short notice
