Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Close to Harrogate

Salary: £29k for a 40 hour week and tips up to £3k pa.

Role Overview:
I am seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their skilled kitchen team. As a CDP, you will play a key role in maintaining our high culinary standards, working with premium ingredients and supporting the smooth running of the kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef to develop their skills in a fine dining environment and be part of a close-knit, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with our award-winning standards.

  • Assist in the development of new menus, ensuring seasonality and creativity.

  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times.

  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service.

  • Manage stock levels efficiently and assist in stock rotation to minimise waste.

  • Train and mentor junior chefs where necessary.

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant, preferably with AA Rosette or Michelin experience.

  • A genuine passion for food, ingredients, and fine dining.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Food hygiene and safety certifications are desirable.
