Verve People are hiring a chef on behalf of our client.
Level 3 food Hygiene, plan prepare and cook a two course meal for approximately 30 people. Be able to work Monday – Friday (5 days per week 8.00am – 2.00pm. Ideally we would need the placement to start at the beginning of December (09-12-2024 – 07-02-2025). Depending on recruitment we might need to extend the placement.
You will need an Enhanced DBS certificate which includes the Adults Barred List. Appropriate experience in cooking for similar numbers, In menu planning and food purchasing within limited budgets, In record keeping, budget monitoring and stock control and Of managing staff and delegating work to staff.
