Claims Handler / Accident Management Specialist,Portadown. Our client is a well-established specialist in non-fault road traffic accident management. Their team is dedicated to ensuring clients experience a fair and cost-efficient post-accident process, taking the stress out of the claims process and delivering exceptional service throughout. Role Overview: Were seeking a motivated individual to join a growing team in Portadown. This role is ideal for someone with experience in credit hire or accident management, or with a background in claims handling. Youll play a key role in managing claims from start to finish, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth process for clients. Key Responsibilities: Managing client claims from initial contact through to resolution, providing regular updates and support. Arranging like-for-like hire vehicles for clients as required. Liaising with garages to coordinate repairs and ensure timely progress. Working alongside a panel of solicitors to assist with associated legal matters. Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the claims process. Handling related administrative tasks to support the claims management process. What Were Looking For: Experience in credit hire, accident management, or claims handling is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
