Client Services Support – Kent

The Opportunity:
As part of this newly created department, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, including:

Providing friendly and professional support across all six legal departments, handling enquiries via telephone and website.
Accurately recording client details, safeguarding financial and personal data with the utmost confidentiality.
Supporting legal advisors with client file openings, conflict searches, and fee estimates.
Investigating client complaints, liaising with stakeholders to reach fair resolutions, and drafting detailed correspondence.
Proactively identifying trends in complaints to improve client experience and reduce issues.
Assisting with credit control, liaising with clients regarding outstanding bills, and managing debt recovery processes, including preparing bundles and attending court hearings.
Preparing business development and client activity reports, offering insights to improve service delivery.This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the legal sector, providing insight into a range of legal services and client interactions.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:

A client-focused mindset with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Experience within a legal or professional services environment, with knowledge of credit control, complaint handling, or debt recovery being advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), with experience using Partner4Windows being a bonus.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Why Join?
