Based in Lenton, Nottingham, our client is an established precision engineering company. We are looking for their next CNC Laser Operator to progress into setting and programming if you have the ambition to match our clients.
What’s in it for you / Benefits:
6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating shifts Monday – Friday
£12.44 per hour (£497 per week!)
Weekend overtime available
Will lead to a permanent contract if probation is successfully completed.

The Role:
Manufacturing precision components you will be working from drawings to produce high quality products. Experience operating CNC laser is beneficial, but any engineering experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating CNC Laser machines
Working from and understanding engineer drawings to set machine
Follow all health & safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
Skills & Experience:
Experience with Bystronic (or Trumpf) laser cutting machines
Reading engineering drawings
Ability to use verniers / callipers and similar instruments to measure and quality check work
Proven track record of excellent attendance and reliability
