The Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer with offline programming experience using Fusion 360. The ideal candidate will be confident in programming, setting, and operating Fanuc controlled milling machines, working on one-off and small batch precision components.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines.
* Offline programming using Fusion 360 for high-precision components.
* Work from engineering drawings to machine parts to tight tolerances.
* Machine components for aerospace, motorsport, defence, and scientific industries.
* Perform in-process inspections using measuring equipment (micrometers, gauges, CMM, etc.).
* Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong experience in CNC milling (setting, operating, and programming).
* Desirable to have fusion360 or similar CAD/CAM software
* Confident with Fanuc or similar controls.
* Experience working to tight tolerances in a precision engineering environment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
