Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
* Load raw materials into machines and ensure they are properly aligned
* Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
* Measure parts using precision tools and adjust machines as necessary to maintain accuracy
* Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and perform maintenance as required
* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency
* Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC turning, preferably with Fanuc machines
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
* Thorough understanding of G-code programming.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
* Prior experience with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
