Commercial Manager

ServiceMaster CS LNP is a fast growing Contract Services Cleaning Company, with a head office based in Leicester, covering the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Peterborough and surrounding areas.
We are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager who can be located in any of the 3 areas above, to join our successful business, to continue and build upon the relationships with our clients.
A summary of some of the tasks involved in the role are:
Reporting to the General Manager over seeing the Operations Team and Technicians.
Tasks and Team visits to take place in all 3 areas of the business on a weekly basis.
Supporting the Sales Team and being responsible for Customer Service Liaison between ServiceMaster CS LNP and their clients maintaining customer satisfaction to the highest level.
Responsible for legislation, Guidance and Compliance out in the field.
Carry out on site spot checks and audits, follow up any customer complaints ensuring resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
To assist in Operational Recruitment.
Company car and fuel card provided along with a phone and laptop.
