Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and progressive Commercial Property team within a Legal 500-ranked firm. This role is ideal for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal or a Junior Commercial Property Lawyer seeking to advance their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters
- Establishing and building strong client relationships
- Accurately taking and actioning detailed instructions
- Collaborating within a supportive team and working independently when required
You will have:
- Demonstrable experience across all aspects of Commercial Property law
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients, official bodies and owner-managed businesses
- A thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations
