Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team on a full time basis.

This role pays a competitive salary of £26,000 – £30,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Paralegal:
Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients
Provide great client care at all times and have professional approach
About you as a Commercial Property Paralegal:
Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
A minimum of 2 year experience within a commercial property
