Our adult services programme is looking to expand our offering within our care packages in the West region. We are looking for an individual who is independent, adaptable and proactive to join our community team in the Weymouth and Dorchester areas.
You would need to hold a full Driving license and have access to your own vehicle to be suitable for this role.
We have a Part time position available, working 16 hours per week, with the option to pick up additional hours to help cover annual leave, sickness and training.
You would be required to help support individuals in their own homes and participate with activities such as swimming, walking groups, day trips and holidays. You would also be supporting people with daily living skills such as Cooking, cleaning and medication routines.
You would be required to work shifts such as 07:00 -16:00, 14:00- 22:00, You would work alternate weekends and do sleep ins (sleep ins receive an additional payment).
