Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Compliance Administrator for our client based in Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading facilities management team in a key support role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance & Technical Manager, ensuring that all compliance documentation and administrative processes run efficiently and within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update internal CAFM systems to ensure data accuracy and task completion.
  • Monitor and respond to queries via shared email accounts.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to arrange and confirm scheduled services.
  • Review and validate compliance documentation submitted by subcontractors and engineers.
  • Upload and manage compliance records within E Logbook and CAFM platforms.
  • Support regional managers by preparing and providing compliance reports.
  • Escalate issues to senior management as needed, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Understand contractual scopes to allow for effective scheduling of remedial works.
  • Maintain and update financial and operational trackers.
  • Monitor planned maintenance works to ensure completion within SLAs.
  • Raise purchase orders for subcontractor services and materials.
  • Respond to compliance-related queries and provide accurate information.
  • Track and manage outstanding compliance tasks.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Facilities Management and compliance environment is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with solid knowledge of other MS Office applications such as Word and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems is advantageous.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of managing workload independently.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal abilities.

Package:

  • Salary is up to £25,618K
  • Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
  • Holidays 25 basic plus public holidays
  • Hybrid working after training, 3 days at home / 2 days in office (always in office each Tuesday and Friday)
