R9 Recruitment are now looking for an experienced Construction Administrator to join a high-profile Social Housing Client of ours. The suitable candidate will be based full-time in their Head office in Hertfordshire (EN6).

* Role: Construction Administrator

* Working Hours: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)

* Hours: 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

* Location: Potters Bar, EN6

* Salary: Temp to perm, Basic salary 28k

Construction Administrator Responsibilities:

* General Admin Duties

* Updating database, making sure all compliance is up to date.

* Organising day-to-day work for engineers

* Answering incoming phone calls and providing support to social housing tenants.

Ideal Construction Administrator must have the following:

* Strong organisational skills

* 2+ years Admin experience

* Construction Admin experience (Preferred)

* Able to professionally communicate to engineers and tenants

* Proficient in computer use
