Contracts Administrator

Location: Banstead, Surrey

Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: 6 months (with the potential for a permanent role)

A rapidly expanding multi-national Engineering business based in Banstead, Surrey is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative contracts team. This position is initially offered as a 6-month contract with a credible opportunity for permanent placement for a suitable candidate.

As part of a supportive and efficient team in a fast-paced office environment, your responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining internal systems and records up to date following job completion.

* Preparing and dispatching final documents to clients.

* Verifying job details and pursuing any missing information.

* Providing administrative support including filing, data entry, and general assistance to the team.

* Addressing basic client inquiries regarding completed work.

* Assisting in invoice preparation and generating simple reports.

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Proficiency in Excel and VLOOKUP functions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.

* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

* A friendly, professional, and customer-centric approach.

* Strong English and Mathematics skills.

* Previous customer service or contracts experience, although not essential, as training will be provided.
