Job Title: Property Paralegal Location: Cardiff, Hybrid. Salary: Circa £25,000 – £27K Hours: Full TimeTHE FIRM:Top Tier well established property specialist firm in Cardiff is looking to take on two paralegals after recent promotions within the firm. You will be surrounded by a team of highly experienced property solicitors and will be in the perfect environment to learn and develop.Responsibilities* Provide administrative and paralegal support to the solicitor dealing with residential and Commercial conveyancing matters* Assisting with the opening, progression and closure of residential and Commercial conveyancing files* Drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts* Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors* Preparing Land Registry applications* Producing standard Stamp Duty Land Tax returns;* Preparing Sale and Purchase completion statements* Researching matters of law relevant to transactions* Keeping up-to-date with changes in the lawABOUT YOU: * Experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant. * Experience working in Conveyancing department * Comfortable in an office setting. * Ideally someone with experience in Buy ot Legal BENEFITS * Bonus structure * Hybrid working If you would like to hear more about this vacancy or other available, please contact Cait.woodrow-smith @ simpsonjudge.co.uk.
