Here at Spire View Housing Association, we have a permanent vacancy for a Corporate Services Assistant to support colleagues with general administration and finance tasks in our busy office.

Our mission is to provide high quality affordable housing and services which will contribute to the community we serve. To do this we need passionate and enthusiastic employees who wish to make a positive difference to our tenants and service users.

This is a key role as you will be one of the first people our tenants and customers meet, either in person or over the telephone. You will need to be able to deal effectively with people, be a good listener and understand how best to help them. The workload is varied and interesting, and you can expect to be involved in all aspects of a dynamic local housing organisation.

We are looking for someone with experience working in a customer-focused administrative role, you will need to be well organised, a great communicator and have a good working knowledge of the usual Microsoft Office range of applications.

The role also involves day-to-day support for the Association’s Finance Team, so you will be expected to have a knowledge of basic finance procedures and numeracy skills – or be willing to learn.

In return we offer excellent terms & conditions of employment, a supportive working environment including access to Scottish Housing Association’s Pension Scheme (SHAPS) and, above all, the satisfaction that your contribution will make a real and sustainable impact upon the services we deliver to the people and communities we serve.

As part of our commitment to Equal Opportunities, we are registered as a Disability Committed Employer. In order for us to comply with this, we offer a guaranteed interview scheme for all disabled candidates that meet all the essential criteria.
