Location: Colchester, Essex
Pay: £90 – £100 per day

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will support students by overseeing classes in the absence of their regular teacher. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set work, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

– Confident in Front of a Class: Comfortable managing a classroom and engaging with students across different age groups and subjects.
– Strong and Engaging Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively and inspire students to stay on task and focused.
– Aspiring Educator: This role is perfect for recent graduates, those wanting to work in education or those looking to gain experience before pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
