Cover Supervisor
Location: North West England, Lancashire, Leyland
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Salary: £83.85 – £100 Per day
Job Duties:
Supervising and managing classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher
Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring student engagement
Maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe learning environment
Assisting students with any questions or concerns during lessons
Reporting back on student behaviour and progress to the appropriate staff
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics
Experience:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational environment
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of classroom management techniques
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build rapport with students
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher education qualifications in Education or related field
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours, temporary position
