The ideal Cover Supervisor candidate will:
- Hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree
- Have prior experience working with children, ideally in a classroom or coaching setting
- Be comfortable leading whole class sessions and covering a range of subjects
- Set a positive example for students and follow school behaviour policies
- Aspire to progress into teacher training in the future
