What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging student participation
Supporting students in their learning and development
Being a positive role model and upholding school values
We’re Looking For:
Confident communicators who can lead a class with energy and authority
People with experience working with young people – youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, etc.
Individuals who are calm under pressure and quick-thinking
Someone who’s eager to gain classroom experience or progress toward a teaching career
