A secondary school in Lambeth is looking for a Cover Supervisor to help their students reach their highest potential. Could they be looking for you?
Role:
- Delivering lessons across a variety of essential subjects in a secondary school environment
- Helping students stay engaged and advancing their knowledge of the syllabus
- Implementing strategies to manage behaviour and maintain a positive, focused classroom atmosphere
- Tailoring teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of pupils
- Collaborating closely with teaching staff to ensure a successful continuation of learning
- £90-100 a day (inclusive of holiday pay)

Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher from a top 20 UK university in a core subject area
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable
- Experience in child-based roles
- Strong skills in behaviour management and the ability to convey ideas effectively
