A leader in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Sector are seeking a Credit Controller to ensure effective cash and debt collection. This is a great role for you if you have previous accounts experience or a basic knowledge of credit control and looking that step up in a large organisation Credit Controller Responsibilities Ensure that customer payments are received within the agreed terms. Addressing any pricing or quantity issues related to customer transactions in collaboration with other teams. Oversee a specific portion of the debt ledger for one or more companies. Work closely with the customer services team on orders held due to credit limits or overdue payments. Proactively address pricing discrepancies and quantity disputes, escalating issues when necessary. Issue credit notes on customer accounts with proper authorisation. Credit Controller Requirements Experience in a accounts position Proficiency in using Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Credit Controller Benefits Base Salary 25-27k Hybrid Working Pension: 5% matched. Discretionary bonus. Flexible working hours.
