Our client in Tamworth is looking for a strong communicator to work in a small & well established customer care team. The role is Monday – Friday – Office based – with an early Friday finish – £26,000 per annum. The business boasts an impressive catalogue of both products and services to a variety of customers Nationally. However, the business is extremely well established Internationally. Duties to include but not limited to :-* Order processing* Updating the bespoke system* Extensive call handling both inbound and outbound* Generating quotes / estimates * Working in a Team to ensure the smooth running of the office .
