Alecto Recruitment are currently working with a Renewable Energy specialist based in Cardiff, who are now looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor due to rapid expansion and ongoing success.
The Customer Experience Advisor will support the ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Experience team, providing first point of contact for all customer and installer enquiries.
We are seeking a committed, motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who has the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident working in both a busy team environment and on their own initiative. Strong organisational and communication skills are a must.
Job Specifics:
Dealing with all inbound customer enquiries
Qualifying and assessing customers for ECO grant funding
Managing surveyor and engineer appointments
Managing Leads inbox
Dealing with customer complaints
Checking property information against EPC register
Calculating customer contributions
Managing customer reviews platform
Monitoring social media communications
Requirements:
Able to learn about the business process quickly
Have an excellent eye for detail
Customer focused with strong communication skills
Flexible team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload to meet deadlines
Proactive approach to problem solving
Able to work well under pressure
IT literate: Word, Excel and Outlook experience is essential
