Customer Service Administrator
Location: Poole
Salary: £26,000 + Company Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-time | Permanent
Are you an organised and proactive administrator who loves delivering outstanding customer service?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking company that supplies premium, high-end products, and they’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their close-knit and friendly team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the service department – liaising with engineers, handling customer queries, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating and communicating with service engineers
Booking and managing service diaries
Regularly updating and supporting customers
Providing accurate service updates and handling queries
Producing reports and general administrative support
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A high level of attention to detail
Confident communicator – both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Sage knowledge would be a bonus
